Cancellation Policy

For the consideration of the Doctors, Staff and most importantly other patients, please read and adhere to the Cancellation Policy below: 

Failure to cancel your appointment or procedure before the 24 hour cancellation window will result in your being charged $50.00 for an office visit, $100.00 for a missed stress echocardiogram or other ultrasound procedure. You should know that your insurance company will NOT PAY for a missed appointment or procedure, so you will be personally responsible for paying.

Failure to cancel your appointment or procedure before the 24 hour cancellation window will result in your being charged for the full amount of the appointment or procedure planned. You should know that your insurance company will NOT PAY for a missed appointment or procedure, so you will be personally responsible for paying. 

We will make every effort to be on time for your appointment or procedure.  However, if due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to perform your procedure or make your appointment as scheduled, be assured that you will be rescheduled at the earliest possible opportunity.  Under this circumstance, you will NOT be charged for the cancellation.
